To date, partners of Water Street have successfully developed and re-developed approximately 1,000,000 square feet of retail properties in the Washington/Baltimore market and beyond. Our portfolio features neighborhood centers, community centers, mixed-use developments, strip centers, restaurant parks and pad sites.
